Ashleigh M. Lewkowitz, AuD, CCC-A, FAAA, PASC, CISC
Ashleigh M. Lewkowitz, AuD, CCC-A, FAAA, PASC

Dr. Lewkowitz received her Doctorate of Audiology degree from the University of Florida following completion of a four year residential program and holds a Bachelor of Science in Communication Sciences and Disorders from Florida State University. She maintains a Dispensing Audiologist license from the state of Arizona, is certified by the American Speech Language Hearing Association, is a Fellow of the American Academy of Audiology, and is board certified in pediatric audiology and cochlear implants by the American Board of Audiology. Dr. Lewkowitz has presented her research on pediatric cochlear implants at the Academy of Rehabilitative Audiology and has a strong foundation in Deaf culture and American Sign Language.

Beth A. Gautereaux, AuD, CCC-A, FAAA
Beth A. Gautereaux, AuD, CCC-A, FAAA

Dr. Gautereaux received her Doctorate of Audiology degree from Salus University, holds a Master of Science in Audiology from the University of Arizona and a Bachelor of Science in Speech Pathology and Audiology from the University of Nevada Reno. Prior to joining Arizona Hearing and Balance Center, she worked as a clinical audiologist at the University of Nevada School of Medicine providing comprehensive audiological services for both pediatric and adult populations. In addition, Dr. Gautereaux worked as a clinical application specialist for a cochlear implant manufacturer providing technical/clinical support for clinics in the Southwest. She maintains a Dispensing Audiologist license from the state of Arizona, is certified by the American Speech Language Hearing Association, and is a Fellow of the American Academy of Audiology.

Dr. Shroyer received her Doctorate of Audiology degree from the University of Louisville in 2012 following completion of a four year residential program. She received her Bachelor of Science in Communication Disorders from Western Kentucky University. She maintains a Dispensing Audiologist license from the state of Arizona is certified by the American Speech Language Hearing Association and is a Fellow of the American Academy of Audiology.

Dr. Chenier received her Doctorate of Audiology degree from Arizona State University in 2015 following completion of a four year residential program. She holds her Bachelor of Science in Communication Sciences and Disorders from Emerson College in Boston, Massachusetts. She maintains a Dispensing Audiologist license from the state of Arizona, is certified by the American Speech Language Hearing Association and is a Fellow of the American Academy of Audiology.
